Tutorials are before school on Mondays - Fridays (Wednesday tutorials in room 206) After school: by appointment.
Daily work - We grade the majority of our daily work in class. If a student fails a daily assignment and they wish to re-do the assignment for a higher grade, they will need to come to tutorials to receive another assignment on the same topic. The student will have 2 days to complete and turn in the new assignment. (They will not be allowed to do the same assignment over since we graded it in class and they already have the correct answers.)
Re-testing - If a student fails a test in my class, they have one week to come to tutorials and make corrections for a higher grade. If they do not come in within the week, the opportunity for a higher grade on that test is lost.
Folders are graded at the end of each grading period. This is an excellent opportunity for an easy 100.
Reading Notebooks are graded at the end of each grading period. This is another excellent opportunity for an easy 100.
